Knowmad Mood is betting on the German market with the acquisition of ASERVO Software

Knowmad Mood, a leading technology consultancy specializing in digital transformation solutions , announces the acquisition of ASERVO Software GmbH , a German software consultancy and developer specializing in software development infrastructure. With this purchase, the Spanish consultancy enters Germany, a market with high potential, and strengthens its position in ALM and DevOps . Furthermore, this new milestone advances its international expansion, part of its 2021-2024 strategic plan, which began in recent years with openings outside of Spain and the acquisition of the British technology consultancy New Verve Consulting in 2022.

Knowmad Mood concluded fiscal year 2023 with a turnover of €168.1 million , representing a 30% increase compared to the previous year. These positive financial results are a consequence of the company’s 2021-2024 strategy, focused not only on national and international expansion but also on positioning itself as a leading company in the sector, creating professional opportunities for technology talent, and maximizing the portfolio of services it offers to all its clients worldwide.
Furthermore, the company has started the year with another milestone in its national expansion objective with the recent acquisition of the technology consultancy Interwor, an expert in IT infrastructure services, communications and security.
