Helen M. Kearns

Bio

• Helen Kearns is an accomplished investment industry executive and the CEO of Bell Kearns & Associates, a highly regarded provider of expert, independent financial guidance to wealthy individuals, families, estates and foundations
• In addition, Helen currently serves as a Director of Kingsett Canadian Real Estate Income Fund and has previously served on the boards of the Alberta Investment Management Corporation, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, and the TSX Board of Governors for three terms 
• Earlier in her career, Helen held a number of senior positions at Richardson Greenshields, including Head of Institutional Sales and Trading, and was also President of NASDAQ Canada (2001-2004) 
• Helen has also been the recipient of a number of awards and distinctions, including the John Molson School of Business Award of Distinction and in 2019 was inducted into the Investment Industry Association of Canada Hall of Fame
